Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of fish, borage and flax seed oils. Rich: Glad I started supplementing these in my life!

It is hard to tell if any supplement is making a difference, especially this one. I believe in the Omega Fatty Acids, since there are various studies that show that omega fatty acids can really improve cardiovascular health!
