Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils. They’re more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats. MCTs are readily absorbed from the GI tract and are metabolized very quickly by the liver, where they are reported to encourage the use of fat for energy rather than for storage. † Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT oil for other fats in a healthy diet may therefore help to support healthy weight and body composition. †

Great ValueI love these MCT Oil Capsules. I take them every morning instead of mixing MCT Liquid Oil in my Coffee like I use to. I can tell the difference in my first week already. Great Overall Value for Sure.

Love itIf you’re like me and aren’t really into drinking MCT oil in liquid form, these are for you. I find that they are quite potent, don’t upset my stomach, and have high quality MCT oil in them. Also: they come in a huge bottle, which is perfect because those should be taken 2/3/4 at a time, so they last quite a while. Love it!
