How Do I Take It?

Dosages and Directions:

• Psyllium Husk 500 mg Caps: Take 3 capsules with 8 oz. glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times daily.
• Psyllium Husk 700 mg Caps: Take 2 capsules with 8 oz. glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times a day.
• Psyllium Husk Powder: Vigorously mix 1 level tablespoon daily into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
