Feeling so refreshed!I have tried a lot of different supplements, teas, baths, essential oils over the years, and this Glycine wins hands down! I tried this for the first time just a few months ago and have had consistently steady and restorative sleep. I used to wake up every 1-1/2 to 2 hours and struggled to fall back to sleep. No longer. Many nights now will have just one arousal, and it is brief and groggy. I'd say I'm now getting a good 7-8 hrs sleep compared to often 5 or 6. No more drowsy slumps in the afternoons anymore! And nice bonus of lovely dreams. No negative side effects or issues.
