This extra strength product has twice the Glucosamine/Chondroitin (750 mg/600 mg per tablet) as in our regular strength product (375 mg/300 mg per capsule).

I feel great only taking 2 pills daily. The pills are on the larger side, but compared with the dosage amount of others it’s not that bad getting them down.
