How do I take NOW NAC?
Dosages and Directions:
- For the Tabs: Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily.
- For the Veg Caps: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
Keep freshness packets in bottle until it is empty. Keep bottle tightly closed at all times in between usage. Natural color variation may occur in this product when exposed to air. Speckling in capsule may occur but does not affect product quality. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Health wonderIf you have used any kind of ped, prohormones, sarms or just care about your health, you owe it to yourself to take this product or one that contains nac. I have used this product for many, many years consistently and have never even had a cold. As well as being amazing for your upper respiratory, this has kept me from getting many sinus infections, which I used to get many every year but it does wonders for your liver as well. Get some.
