Love these!So far, it has thickened my hair only slightly. I’ve also found that it makes my fingernails long and strong when for years they use to be thin and tear. Another benefit and the reason I will likely continue to take it is it also seems to hold off after effects of drinking alcohol. I haven’t had a hangover in a year and I definitely should have.
