How Do I Take NOW 5-HTP?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• 50mg: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.
• 100mg: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.
• 200mg: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
