A great product! It works really well against seasonal allergies, better than any other allergy medicine I've tried actually. Plus alfalfa has a LOT of healthy nutrients!

I take this supplement for the trace mineral content and I also sprinkle it onto my dog's food as well. Much of our food today is lacking in minerals, due to depleted soils, so this is one way I add them back into all of our diets. It keeps us all that little bit healthier than we would be without it.
