Well I've been taking Halodrol with nothing else, just Halo for 5 months and now I'm trying to stop using it I'm having sides effects which such as losing appetite, hair body lost and impotance. I am taking 4 pills of ZMA and 4 of after cycle but I don't know for how long should I take it and it's been helping but not much. Any suggestions of what should I do? Is this product might help me? For how long should I take and after is done should I just stop taking anything for while?
