Can you rotate with Chemix sleep?

Answer
Use one product per night, not both together. Simple plan, take Chemix Sleep 3 capsules 20 to 30 minutes before bed on night 1, take Relaxitrol 2 to 3 capsules 30 minutes before bed on night 2, then alternate. Leave at least 7 to 8 hours for sleep, do not mix with alcohol, sedatives, or other sleep meds, and do not exceed the label serving for either product.
