How to use on cycle estrogen blocker?

In the Level 1 Bulking Stack, 4-Andro (Brutal 4ce) can convert to estrogen; Decabolin (19-nor) typically does not. Most beginners follow this approach: during weeks 1-2, run the stack with no aromatase inhibitor while you monitor for signs of high estradiol, such as water retention, nipple sensitivity or itching, mood swings, or elevated blood pressure. If these signs appear, or if laboratory tests in the middle of the cycle show high estradiol, add an on-cycle estrogen blocker. Options include Blackstone Labs Eradicate (use as directed on its label) or Hi-Tech Arimistane (begin with one tablet daily; if needed, increase to one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening, with a maximum of two tablets per day). Recheck symptoms and laboratory results after seven to ten days. Do not combine more than one aromatase inhibitor. Finish the cycle, then move to post-cycle therapy, such as Arimiplex, for four weeks.
