• Hooligan Pre Workout V7 does not have creatine. You can stack creatine with it if you would like.

How Do I Take Hooligan Pre Workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Mix 1 scoop of Hooligan with 8–16 oz of water, 20–30 minutes before training. Due to the high stimulant content, it is not recommended to take within 6 hours of bedtime.

Important Notes:

• Do not exceed 1 scoop in a 24-hour period.
• Start with ½ scoop to assess tolerance, especially if you’re sensitive to stimulants.
• Stay well hydrated while using this product.
