Worked wellThese packets of immune boost are convenient and taste good. While they're less convenient than just taking a pill, it's kind of fun to have a fizzy drink, and makes me feel like the contents get absorbed better than they would in pill format. I always feel good after drinking Effer-C, and a big part of that is that there is no aspartame in it, I don't get headaches from it!

Really worksI recently went to a big conference and came home with a terrible cold/flu (AKA "Con Crud"). It kicked my butt for over two weeks, and nothing at all was making me feel better. I started drinking Elderberry Effer-C every day, and over the next few days, I started feeling alive again.

Highly RecommendedI've been using NOW Vitamin C packets for a while now. They are great for when you are under the weather or anytime you need a vitamin C boost. The orange flavor is my favorite.
