How Do I Take It?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

New users may wish to asses tolerance with one half (1/2) scoop. Mix one (1) scoop of either Convict or Souls 4 Sale in 12-16 oz. of water 30 minutes before working out.

Do not combine pre workouts. Do not exceed 1 scoop. Do not take both pre workouts in one day. 

Warnings and Side Effects:

Not for use by persons under the age of 18 years. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician or pharmacist before using this product to assess possible interaction with medication. Do not use if you have a heart, thyroid, or any known medical condition. Store in a cool, dry place. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not exceed the recommended dosage in a 24-hour period.
