⚠️ What happens if a payment fails?

If your payment does not go through, we will email you and automatically retry up to 3 times. If payment still fails, your subscription is paused, not canceled. Once you update your payment method, it can resume without starting over.

How do I sign up for AutoShip?
On any eligible product page, choose AutoShip & Save, select your delivery frequency, and add the item to your cart. Your subscription begins when you place the order. A customer account is required to manage your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from My Account → My Subscriptions with no fees or penalties. You can also contact us or call (631) 539-7339. Cancellation is immediate — no further charges will be processed.
Can I cancel an order that's already been placed?
A renewal order can be cancelled anytime before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you can return unopened products within 30 days under our Returns & Exchanges policy. You are responsible for return shipping costs on shipped orders.
What is the 24-hour lock window?
Rescheduling your next order must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing time. This ensures your order can be processed and fulfilled on time. Skip, pause, and cancel remain available at any time — even within the 24-hour window.
Will my price change over time?
Your subscription discount is applied to the product's current price at the time each order is processed. Prices are not locked at enrollment. If there are material changes to the AutoShip program or pricing, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance.
Can I use PayPal, Afterpay, or Sezzle for AutoShip?
Recurring billing requires a saved credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). PayPal, Afterpay, and Sezzle can still be used for one-time purchases where available.
What happens if a product I subscribe to is discontinued?
If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email. Your subscription will be paused until you update your items. You can swap to a different product, remove the item, or cancel the subscription from My Subscriptions.
Can I have multiple AutoShip subscriptions?
Yes. You can create separate subscriptions for different products, each with its own frequency and schedule. Manage them all from My Account → My Subscriptions.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account and go to My Account → My Subscriptions. From there you can skip, reschedule, pause, cancel, change items, update payment, and more. You can also use the quick-action links in your AutoShip reminder emails.
