How Do I Take NOW Acai?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

• Liquid Concentrate: Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 2 to 3 times daily. Can be taken directly, or mixed with water or juice. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING.
• Liquid: Take 2 tablespoons (1 fl. oz.) daily, preferably in the morning. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Product should be consumed within 45 days of opening.
• Powder: Take 1/2 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily in juice or water. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
• Capsules: Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
