Makes you strongerLook, no BS, after one week taking this I started to notice HUGE strenght gains. I was able to put way more load on bench press, squats, deadlifts. No BS. It is actually unbelieveble. Other than creatine and pre workouts this is the only supplement that really made me feel true benefits. Also, watch Andrew Huberman (a phd neuroscientist) talking about fadogia agrestis if you don't believe me.

Gives a needed boostI bought this for my husband but he didn't really notice a difference when taking it. In all fairness not much of anything effects him. I started taking it on my heavy lifting days. It gives me an extra boost to push a little bit harder. I really like how it makes me feel during my workouts so i bought another bottle for myself.
