How Do I Take Outlift Amped?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Mix one scoop into 8-10oz of water 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. If you are new to Outlift Amped, we suggest starting with a half of scoop to assess your tolerance and gradually increase over time. Avoid consuming within 4-5 hours of sleep to prevent sleep disruption.

This product contains caffeine. Do not use product for longer than 4 weeks and make sure that usage is followed by a 2-week-off-period.
