Great non-stim

I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine so that limits my pre options. PSP provides the pump and focus of a stimulant based pre and then some. Sameday also made the ordering process very easy and fast!

Best pre-workout

I started taking PSP a week ago. I honestly think this is the best pre-workout I have ever taken. For a stimulant free pre-workout, PSP is really good. Never had a bad workout with PSP. Great job Metabolic Nutrition

How do I take PSP Pre workout?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Due to the strength, please assess your tolerance by initially taking only 1 level serving scoop with 6 oz of water 30 minutes prior to your workout.

After assessing your tolerance, you may increase dosage to 2-3 scoops with 12-18 oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to your workout.

NOTE: P.S.P contains bio-active ingredients that are activated for immediate absorption and assimilation for maximum muscular response. † Due to the nature of the active ingredients in this product, clumping may occur. Place container in refrigerator or freezer to maintain product quality after opening. Keep away from heat or moisture. Please shake the bottle vigorously to restore to powder-like consistency.
