• Uva Ursi (20% Stand Arbutin), Hydrangea Extract, & Cranberry Powder: used primarily for urinary tract disorders, including infections of the kidney, bladder, and urethra; swelling (inflammation) of the urinary tract; increased urination; painful urination; and urine that contains excess uric acid or other acids.†
• Green Tea Extract (50% Polyphenols): may promote weight loss, blood sugar regulation, disease prevention and exercise recovery.† It may also help keep your skin and liver healthy, reduce blood fat levels, regulate blood pressure and improve brain health.† Polyphenols are known to be able to prevent inflammation and swelling, protect cartilage between the bones, and lessen joint degeneration.†

• Hydravax is a good supplement for those that are competing, or for people who have low body fat and want to look very lean. It basically sheds water from your body, acting exactly opposite of creatine monohydrate which draws water into your muscles and retains water. Hydravax will make you look pretty lean, since there will be less water retention in your muscles and body in general. For the average person, this is not for you. But if you are someone who wants too look shredded, it is a good supplement.

Can I stack this with a fat burner?

• Yes you may stack this with a fat burner if you have a built up tolerance to caffeine considering most if not all fat burners have caffeine and so does Hydravax.

How Do I Take Hyrdravax?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Due to the strength of Hydravax, please assess your tolerance by initially taking only 1 capsule of Hydravax upon awakening for the first 3 days.

• After assessment, to ensure fast and easy water weight loss, take one capsule of Hydravax in the AM.
• During special occasions or contest preparation: take one capsule in the AM and one capsule at Noon.

Do not exceed 2 Capsules daily. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to stay properly hydrated when using Hydravax.
