So what is it?

Well its Quest Nutrition’s protein powder and it has some unique attributes. They are calling attention right off the bat to how it bakes well so you can use it in your baking goods. I see a lot of these pictures come up on their instagram channel go check that out to see what I mean. It’s also gluten-free, no added sugar, no soy; all that good stuff.

The Breakdown

For one scoop and I am reading off a peanut butter flavor, of course settle differences going across the flavors spectrum.

So Peanut Butter one scoop is 110 calories. Of those 110 calories you have 1gram of fat, we have 2g of carbs and 23 g of protein.

Those are the 3 macronutrients I pay attention too. That is a pretty good ratio 1g of fat, 2g carbs and still 23 g of protein so awesome there.

Now it’s a protein powder so the main thing we were focused on right now is the quality of the sources of the protein.

We have a blend here so whey protein isolate, micellar casein and milk protein isolate.

What does that mean? We have some slow digesting and you have some of the medium to fast digesting protein powders in here, thumbs up in my book.

To the overall breakdown for protein powder 8 out of 10. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Good sources, good for baking, really good fat: carb: protein ratio so again I like it.

So you can find Quest Nutrition Quest Protein Powder at Same Day Supplements, retailing for $34.99 for 2lb tub. It comes in strawberry and cream, peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla and unflavored. -That comes in handy when you’re using it to bake so it doesn’t alter the flavor of your already favorite dishes.

So mixability going for 8 out of 10, very little on the sides nothing crazy though.  If I was rating smell 10 out of 10 because it smells amazing im a big fan peanut butter. My mouth is watering let’s go onto the taste.

Taste is going to get 9 out of 10. I think this is the number one reason why I would buy Quest’s because it tastes. Yes it has good sources of protein but alot of people do out there. I think their claim to fame is their taste and baking ability.
