So what is Purple K Creatine?

It’s a creatine product; it’s a buffered version of creatine monohydrate.

The Break Down

Again it’s a modified creatine monohydrate. That means it’s buffered, they’re claiming that by altering the pH level of the creatine monohydrate it’s going to reduce the conversion of creatine to créatine as well as decrease water retention and bloating.

As we know from my previous videos that the best form of creatine is creatine monohydrate.

At least they are starting off with a version of that which most do of course. Now when it comes to the water retention, creatine is designed to help with water retention in the muscle cells and saturates the muscle cells. Creatine monohydrate has been shown to do 100% saturation and also we should increase energy levels through ATP production and increase ATP production.

All those in mind a lot people state that this helps them with that bloating feeling and stomach issues. Whether that is due to their own lack of water intake or not. The reviews are out there and they’re mix so look it up online.

See if regular creatine monohydrate bothers you, for example makes you feel bloated or gives you gastric distress.

Than try something like this because Creatine monohydrate, creatine in general is one of the few tried and true supplements out there that really has been shown to do what it states to do.

That is of course is increase energy levels, increased muscle mass due to the increased energy levels and a whole host of other things that comes from having a nice hydranted muscle cell.

Let us know what you think, if you cannot take creatine monohydrate currently, try something like this and comment below on this video.

Now how to take Purple K Creatine.

They’re saying take 1 to 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to your workout and 1 to 2 caps within 60 minutes of finishing your workout.

On non-workout days take 1 to 2 caps per day preferably in the morning.

Judging that there is 15 g of creatine in two capsules I believe you can get away with taking 1 cap pre and 1 cap post work out or if you believe that your post workout meal of insulin secretion that follows is going to help the creatine be absorbed better than take 2 pills only after the workout and not necessary before.

Like I said I covered what should you expect earlier in the break down so I won’t be redundant and go over that again.

You could find purple k at Same Day Supplements, retailing for $23.99 giving you 100 capsules.
