Precision Protein By Gaspari Nutrition
What is it?
The revolutionary new Precision Protein utilizes a proprietary process known as Embedded Enzyme Technology (EET). This new technology functions within a phospholipid matrix that releases Leucine and other amino acids early in the muscle synthesis process. With the addition of water to the protein, leucine peptides are released rapidly. Which will increase the body’s ability to absorb amino acids. In other words, EET greatly enhances Precision Protein’s ability to offer increased muscle growth that other types of whey can’t provide.
The serving size is 1 scoop; within this scoop we have 2 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs and 25 grams of protein. This is a great clean and simple protein option. Precision Protein is also gluten free.
Flavor and Mix-ability:
Precision protein comes in 4 delicious flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Neapolitan and S’mores. For our review, we tried the chocolate ice cream flavor. In water, we found it blended very well. It was very light. If in milk the consistency would be much creamer. The chocolate flavor was great, in water tasted like a chocolate Italian ice.
