So what is it?
Well it’s a new brand for me anyway, I haven’t heard about this one. It’s claim to fame is that it is not only 100% Whey but also 100% gourmet. So the flavor here is really suppose to jump out at you.
The Break Down:
So for one packet which I believe equates the one scoop, you have 140 cal -this is for the birthday cake flavor.
So 2.5 g of fat, got 5 g of carbs and 25 g of protein now what I like about this one is the blend of protein. It has your concentrate, isolate, and your hydrolyzed whey protein. Gets you covered from all angles when it comes to your whey.
Doesn’t really stand out in terms of any like extra BCCAs or extra creatine or anything else like that. Its your standard protein label with the added hydrolyzed whey so 8.5 out of 10.
Mixability
Alright so mixability for about one scoop with just about 8 ounces of water is pretty consistent mixing even for the vortex. 8 out of 10 for mixability, seen better.
Taste
Taste is what I’m most excited about with this brand. This is birthday cake so let’s give this one a go. That’s pretty good, 9 out of 10 for taste. They definitely hyped up their flavors in terms of talking about how good they are and I was glad to see them meet that hype.
