So what is Amino Pro?

 

Well for starters it’s a branch chained amino acid supplement that has only a one or two extra things in here that are not found in your typical BCAA supplement.

 

The breakdown

 

So one scoop, you’re looking at calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium; your electrolytes.

 

Than you have your BCAAs: you have a total of 2.5 g of leucine, isoleucine and valine that is found in your 2:1:1 ratio.

 

Than you have your L-taurine.

 

You’re L-Citrulline and you have a little bit of caffeine in there as well.

 

So things I like about Amino Pro, first you’re getting 1.25 g of leucine per dosage so what I would recommend is two scoops of this because they say around 2.5 g is basically your typical dose of leucine that maxed out muscle protein synthesis in general. So two scoops of this to get the 2.5 g of leucine.

 

Also note, taurine and citrulline are thrown in the mix and that’s going to help with your circulation in your blood flow. So that’s something a little different that is not found in every BCAA supplements.

 

And you have your caffeine, it’s a small dose 80 mg. Some guys who are sensitive to caffeine don’t have too much to worry about there because it’s not an overdose of stimulants. Something to get you going pre-workout or keep you going intra-workout.

 

So that’s a different mix than what I usually see in a branch chained amino acid so based on that, 8.5 out of 10 based on the ingredients.

 

 

What to expect by taking Amino Pro

 

I’ll go into what to expect so this is kind of your branched-chain amino acid supplementation. You still need to have a diet and workout regimen in place and when you do, you will notice a little bit of a difference in physique. You will notice a difference in energy levels or endurance levels while you’re working out depending on your pre and post nutrition habits.

 

How to take it

 

Here’s how many times I would take Amino Pro. Three times a day: morning, intra-workout and post workout. Throw 2-3 scoops in the shaker and hit the gym.

 

Mixability

 

So mixability right off the bat 9 out of 10, very little foam of the top which I prefer and there is literally nothing left and this is in the vortex so you can see.

 

Taste

 

Now for taste this is fruit punch, tart, tangy, almost like a everest type texture when it hits your tongue. 9 out of 10 for taste, it’s awesome I’ll be finishing this off-camera.
