So what is it? It’s branched-chain amino acid supplement in its simplest form from AllMax nutrition. And speaking of the simplest form of what I’m talking about let’s go ahead and dive into the breakdown.

So this is going to be one of the quickest breakdowns ever.And thats not a bad thing. Im a minimalistic guy too, and I take that approach with a lot of supplements.

This one has literally nothing else in it but leucine, Valine, and isoleucine and it has been 2 to 1 to 1 ratio.

You’re getting 2.5 g of leucine 1.25 g of valine and isoleucine there is no other fluff in here and you buy these amino acid supplement that’s what you pay for those three main ingredients.

Mixability

So I actually like it’s an 8.5 out of 10 because there is no crap in it and you get what you pay for right here.

So its unflavored so im not going to taste it which is pointless but will go over the mixability and it’s pretty bad actually maybe throw in your blender I would suggest that Since i mixed it up in a shaker cup.

6.5 out of 10 for mixability just too much going on to get any higher than that.

So how should you take it and what should you expect by taking it.

 

 

Well first i want to mentioned their is no scooper in here.

It says use a teaspoon in 16 ounces of water or juice I don’t recommend water I just drank it myself unflavored but it’s okay.

I see the biggest benefits of Branch chained amino acid for energy purposes is intra-workout so mixed it in with a Gatorade or if you’re going calorie free maybe a Crystal light with water and throw couple scoops in.

Judging by the supplement facts and I would say about 2 to 3 scoops intra-workout. Or if your protein is lacking in proteins or the lower end ones that might not have a lot of Branch Chain amino acids like a lower quality of whey.

I would throw in a few scoops afterwards or really any time of the day just to increase your branch chain amino acid supplementation.

That’s how i would personally would take it and again don’t do it with water.Mix it with something that has a little flavor for taste.

 

Now what to expect when taking this

 

really isn’t going to be anything huge is really can be beneficial to those who don’t get adequate protein in their diet.

Then you will noticed better results in the gym in terms of strength and lean muscle mass gains.
