How to Take Prime Nutrition B-Alanine:
As a dietary supplement consume 1 scoop of B-Alanine preworkout. For best results consume an additional scoop of B-Alanine postworkout. Consume 1 serving of B-Alanine in the morning and 1 serving in the evening on non-training days. To mix, combine one serving (1 scoop) per 8-10oz of water, stir vigorously with a spoon or mix in a shaker cup.
Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects.
