Parei de tomar diariamente e passei a tomar de 3 em 3 dias, não tive mais a diarreia. Então talvez compense experimentar outra forma ou até mesmo fazer um teste, o que pode ser ruim ou bom pra mim, pode não ser pra você! I stopped taking it daily and switched to taking it every three days, and the diarrhea stopped. So, it might be worth trying a different form or just experimenting—after all, what works (or doesn't work) for me might be different for you!)

I did feel some help in the gym, but otherwise, it didn't do much for me. This product might help you get from 12-15% down to the single digit bf%, but you'll have to get sub 20% before this will do anything for you. So in my case, I let disappointed, and won't be purchasing the superstrol or abnormal again.
