Shipping:

We guarantee that our in stock products will ship the same business day the order is placed. If you place a valid order before the shipping deadline and your order does not ship that day, we will pay for your order to be shipped.

Same day shipping is available Monday through Friday "Except Holidays".A valid order placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day. Shipments originate from our New York warehouse. Estimated ground shipping delivery time is 3-5 days for most areas. For a guaranteed delivery timeframe, select 1- or 2-day air shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Orders ship only to physical addresses in the 50 United States (except APO and FPO addresses). Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses or addresses in foreign countries or U.S. territories will not be shipped until the shipping address is valid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via 1- or 2-Day air methods.

Once an order has been shipped, its destination cannot be modified. If the order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address given, we can accept the return but we cannot refund the shipping charges.

Returns:

We will fully refund any unopened/unused product for a period of 30 days after shipping date, product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges.

We are not held responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their products. However, we will work with the manufacturer and you, the consumer, with returns or refunds directly related to any manufacturer "money back" product performance guarantees with in the guidelines of the manufacturer.

International Orders:

VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your countrys Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

U.S. Military Orders:

We have shipped thousands of orders to military addresses and many more every day. The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping to the USA. You must choose the Flat Shipping rate or USPS Priority Mail shipping option.

How To Ship To Your APO/FPO Address

1. First of all, be sure to choose the Flat Rate /USPS Priority Mail shipping option. You do not need to choose the more expensive international options, no matter where you are!
2. Use the following format for filling out the address form:
   John Smith

   Additional Address Info (If Needed)
   APO, AE 91645
   USA

   You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state.

3. Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the "billing address" section if the APO/FPO address is not on file with your credit card company. The APO/FPO address should go into the "shipping address" section.
