I am taking the Puritans Pride Double Strength Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Msm Joint Soother as suggested by my orthopedist. They are easily digested and not too hard to swallow. I know they must be helping my knees and my fingernails have NEVER looked stronger or better! A win-Win!
