I feel great only taking 2 pills daily. The pills are on the larger side, but compared with the dosage amount of others it’s not that bad getting them down. I suffered from knee pain for a few years and was diagnosed with arthritis in my knee. I’m not certain if I can correlate the sudden improvement in my knee to the use of this product or not.
