As a dietary supplement take 1 scoop with 6-8 oz of cold water 20-30 minutes prior to training. SuperPump Aggression should be used on training days only.

Very good! But...Well, my intestine didn't like it much... but it's very good, just make sure you have a good washroom in your gym! Kidding, my diet wasn't good those days, so it must be more about it... maybe a reaction of the bad food + superpump... who knows, right?
