Was a little skeptical when I first bought this since I typical use a competitor PWO and I know ON is not necessarily known for PWO but the formula is awesome so I gave it a shot...and WOW I was blown away when I tried it for the first time. First thing I noticed was an awesome pump and I had sustained energy throughout the entirety of my workout. Probably the most under rated thing about it was the flavor...the Strawberry Mango Daiquiri was phenomenal! Highly recommend.

After 15 mins I started feeling pumped up more, and more. Lasted through out my whole 3 hour work out. I recommend this if you’re looking for something with an extra kick of energy. Flavor I tried was berry blast and it was delicious, and smooth. Not too sugary or sour like other PWO.

• This pre workout is more advanced and much stronger then many other pre workouts. We would suggest trying a different pre workout before jumping to this one.

• Yes, they can as there are no gender specific ingredients in this.

How long will it be before I start to feel this?

• We recommend you take this about 30 minutes before your workout as that is when you will begin to feel this start to kick in, and it takes about one hour for caffeine to peak in your body after consumption.

Will this product give me that tingling sensation?

• Yes, this product is known to give that tingling feeling to most people, but it is different for everyone based upon your tolerance.

How long will this last me?

• There are 20 servings per container, so if you take one scoop per day it should last you 20 days.

How do I take Gold Standard Pre Advanced?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Mix 20 G (about 1 scoop) in 6-8 fl oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before working out.
