No more colds or flu!!I've been taking this supplement for around a year now. It seems to helped prevent me getting colds or flu even when my colleagues are ill and have still come into the office to spread their germs - normally this would have been sufficient to get me ill too. But I tend to take more than the suggested serving size - I would take 2 in the morning and 1 at night.
