• You should not take more than 1 capsule per day as you should not exceed the recommended serving size.

Can I stack this product with a fat burner?

• If the fat burner contains any stimulants then you cannot take that along with this. You may take a non-stimulant fat burner, but taking too much caffeine/stimulants per day is not healthy.

How do I take Animal Energy?

Suggested Dosage and Directions:

Take one capsule 30 minutes before your workout or whenever extra energy and focus are needed. Do not exceed 1 capsule per day. Do not consume 6 - 8 hours prior to bedtime.
