Directions

Take 3 capsules after morning meal and capsules after mid-day meal. Drink 16 oz of water with each intake of 3 capsules. It is important to drink 6-8 (8 oz) glasses of water daily. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not continue for longer than 3-4 days without a minimum 7 days off.
