In what currency will I be charged?
Our prices are based on USD currency. The currency selector on our website is just for reference, we always charged in USD. Your credit card company sets the exchange rates and fees for international transactions. For more information please contact your credit card company.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Restrictions:
VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any product you order to the address you provide. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if they allow the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site.
What happens if customs seized my package?
We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you order to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, orders that are stopped are usually returned to us. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for the shipping charges. We rarely have problems with international shipments and almost all products are legal in almost all countries. We do encourage you to check with your countries customs office to guarantee safe transit.
What happens if package stuck in customs?
if your package has been in customs for more than 14 business days, first check with your local carrier that there is no unpaid taxes owed. For all other questions please contact us as soon as possible.
Why is my package being return to sender?
There are many reasons why an international order can be returned to us. Here are a few examples:
  • Unclaimed / Unsought (Package was never picked up by the recipient)
  • Prohibited Products (Products purchased are not allowed by your country)
  • Insufficient Address (The address provided is incomplete and delivery cannot be made)
  • Did Not Pay For The Taxes (Customs assessed tax and the tax was never paid)
Regardless of the reason, our normal returns policy applies.
What if my package is damaged in transit?
We pack your orders to ensure safe transit. if your package has been damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

Military addresses such as APO & FPO addresses
We ship thousands of orders to military addresses every year. Please select USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option during checkout, as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
