Overall Product Review
I trust egg protein much more than whey protein.
If anybody doesn't know, eggs are the most bioavailable source of protein on tthe market not to mention there are a ton of vitamins and minerals in the yolds.
Egg protein supplementation is much more effective for me than supplementing with whey or cassein. It may have a weird consistancy but it works very well (Posted on 5/1/2015)
