How to Take BPI Sports Beta Alkaline:
As a dietary supplement, take 20-30 minutes prior to training with approximately 6 ounces of water or juice, on an empty stomach. Beginners: take one (1) serving (1 scoop) daily, prior to training, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Advanced athletes: take two (2) serving (2 scoop) daily, prior to training, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Non-training days: take one (1) serving (1 scoop) daily, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Do not use prior to bedtime.
